For international customers, by far the fastest, easiest, and least expensive way to purchase our clips is through Green Stock Footage. Many of our most requested individual clips are available 24/7 for online download at $19.95 each. You can simply browse Green Stock Footage, or if you have particular clips in mind, you can search the Green Stock Footage site.

EcoFootage.com catalogs footage groups using number codes that start with “vs” (lower case) followed (without a space) by four digits. You can search Green Stock Footage for clips from a particular group by simply typing the “vs” number (“vs####”) into the search box at the top of any page. Your search will return all of the clips that are available from that EcoFootage group.

Customers interested in purchasing individual clips not yet available from Green Stock Footage may request that those clips (one clip or several clips) be added to what is available for purchase and online download from Green Stock Footage.

There will be a custom request surcharge of $20 for one clip and $5 for each additional clip. To make such a request and determine the schedule for implementing your request, contact Green Stock Media here. You will need to provide the “vs” group number(s) for the footage you are interested in as well as details about the specific clip(s) from each group.

International customers interested in purchasing a minimum of $125 in clip GROUPS (whole groups as displayed on EcoFootage.com) can order them for delivery on a DVD. Volume discounts are available on larger orders: 25% off orders over $200; 35% off orders over $500.

To initiate an order, please email us here. Clips are delivered as DV NTSC 720X480 QuickTime files, and are shipped within three business days of receipt of payment (as arranged through our email exchange). As part of our email exchange, we will show you how to pay for your order using PayPal as well as determine shipping methods and costs. International customers may if they wish provide their FedEx account number for use in making a shipment.

Customers placing orders for shipment to locations outside of the United States will be responsible for paying import taxes, fees, duties, tariffs, or related charges (if any) imposed by the country to which the order will be shipped. We reserve the option to include a signature required for delivery and/or insurance (for the replacement of shipments lost or damaged) in the shipping charge. (If we are going to require either or both of these things, we will inform you of the cost prior to completing your selection of a shipping option.)

To determine the international shipping charge, you will need to provide the exact and complete shipping address (including street address, postal code and phone number). Let us know if you are looking mostly for speed or mostly for economy.
