Economics Of Climate Change. UK government economic adviser, Dimitri Zenghelis, discusses the work he did with Sir Nicholas Stern on the Stern Review on Economics of Climate Change, commissioned by Chancellor Gordon Brown. The Stern Review's main conclusion was that the overall cost of climate change is equivalent to losing at least 5% of global gross domestic product while worst case scenarios increased this loss to 20%.
