Archival Forestry
Stock video footage described below includes archival
footage of a lumber mill in operation, logging camps, logging
equipment, felling trees, forest impacts, and log transport.
Of special interest are shots of massive old growth redwood
tree logging, logs being moved and cut in lumber mills, and
logs being transported by rail, road, and river. Also of interest
are shots of the construction of railroads and bridges, electric
power lines, and of heavy equipment in use in early logging
operations.
For each group described below, the information
